We want the purchase of your new Monarch home to be a pleasant, seamless experience from start to finish. Here are the typical steps you can expect during the process.

  • The initial signing of Agreement of Purchase & Sale once you’ve selected your location and design.
  • You’ll attend a firm-up meeting where the Monarch Welcome Home Binder is presented and reviewed with you. Structural extras may be ordered at this time.
  • You will contacted by a Personal Care Consultant, who will be available throughout your Monarch experience to answer questions and keep you informed and involved.
  • The Design Studio will contact you shortly after your purchase to schedule your Design Studio appointment.
  • You will then attend your Design Studio appointment at which time you select your interior finishes and upgrades with your Design Studio Consultant.
  • Monarch presents you a copy of your home-sitting layout prior to construction.
  • During construction, your Personal Care Consultant will set up an appointment for a framing walk-through of your home before the drywall goes up.
  • Just prior to closing, your Personal Care Consultant will contact you and arrange your Pre-Delivery Inspection.
  • You receive the keys and move into your home.
  • Welcome home!
