We want the purchase of your new Monarch home to be a pleasant, seamless experience from start to finish. Here are the typical steps you can expect during the process.

  • The initial signing of Agreement of Purchase & Sale once you’ve selected your suite.
  • You’ll attend a firm-up meeting at the Sales office and you will receive a copy of the Agreement.
  • Your Personal Care Consultant will call you after you firm-up and they will be available throughout your experience to answer questions and keep you informed.
  • The Design Studio will send a letter inviting you to call and schedule an appointment to select colours and finishes for your suite.
  • You’ll attend your Design Studio appointment.
  • You receive construction letters and updates from your Personal Care Consultant.
  • Shortly before closing you will be invited to a Meet and Greet by your Personal Care Consultant.
  • Also prior to closing, your Personal Care Consultant will arrange your Pre-Delivery Inspection.
  • You receive the keys to your new Monarch home.
  • Welcome Home!
