We want the purchase of your new Monarch home to be a pleasant, seamless experience
from start to finish. Here are the typical steps you can expect during the process.
- The initial signing of Agreement of Purchase & Sale once you’ve selected your suite.
- You’ll attend a firm-up meeting at the Sales office and you will receive a copy
of the Agreement.
- Your Personal Care Consultant will call you after you firm-up and they will be available
throughout your experience to answer questions and keep you informed.
- The Design Studio will send a letter inviting you to call and schedule an appointment
to select colours and finishes for your suite.
- You’ll attend your Design Studio appointment.
- You receive construction letters and updates from your Personal Care Consultant.
- Shortly before closing you will be invited to a Meet and Greet by your Personal
Care Consultant.
- Also prior to closing, your Personal Care Consultant will arrange your Pre-Delivery
Inspection.
- You receive the keys to your new Monarch home.
- Welcome Home!
